Can you tell me what foods, snacks, drinks I should avoid altogether?

Since I am obese what exercise do you suggest. Sorry can't run, run, or do pilates. Something light or beneficial for me.

try walking- greatly. also stretch and lift restrained weights. see the easy but righteous exercises in the gym also don't devour carbs, sugars and fatty foods. when you're full stop eating so that you wouldn't overeat. also, eat SLOW because explicitly healthy and you will get through less that mode.also drink a lot of hose.
