Better birth control?

I went stale the pill when my husband went to Iraq, and deeply much enjoy not putting those hormones into my body everyday. NOw he is coming home and we are not QUITE organized for a baby. We are both not huge fan of condoms so I'm wondering if anyone has found perfect experiences with other forms? I don't want advice as to what else is out near (already know) but am looking for actual opinions if anyone have thoughts on some other form that is basically as good.

i'm on the nuva-ring (a vaginal insert) which is so glib and painless that i don't know how i took a pill every day for as long as i did. if you're comfortable inserting it inside of you than this is definately the best form of birth control in my judgment. you insert it, leave it within for 3 weeks, and then remove it for one week (you start your extent during the week that it's out, and it lasts until you put the BRAND NEW ring in) resulting in 3-5 afternoon periods.

i wouldn't recommend the patch only just because the clots that it causes are physical, i know 2 girls who it happened to.
