Morning sickness, but not pregnant?

For the past 2 weeks I own been experiencing morning sickness - nausea, but no vomitting, almost excatly similar to i felt near my last pregnancy. I enjoy taken 2 at home pregnancy tests but both be negative. I merely had my toddler 4 months ago, so could it be hormonal changes or something? What else, besides pregnancy, cause morning sickness?

It could absolutely be hormonal. Ever since I had my son, I receive "morning sickness" every month around my period. It last for a week or two and then disappears until the subsequent month. It's annoying, but I don't think it's anything to verbs about.
