Has anyone be on this perscription?

My dr. just put me on Topomax and I am wondering what variety of experiences everyone has have that have be on this medication. Has anyone lost weight and if so how much?

i take it for migraines. i have too much spinal fluid and it acts as a diuretic and have helped me tremendously beside my headaches.yes i lost counterweight, it kind of make you not hungry, i lost 30 pounds.it also affected my perception, it is more blurry...but my headaches be so bad that i would enjoy done anything..hope this helps.

I was put on Topomax a yr ago but not for weightiness loss. I take it on a daily basis for migraine prevention (25mg per day). It is also an anti-seizure medication so it comes in many doses. I play soccer, workout, and munch through healthy, but I own lost 10-12 lbs in a year. Remember-low dose and I did not stipulation to loose much weight, so if you are on it for consignment loss-good luck and remember to stay active and devour healthy :)
