PMDD.. can be reasonably serious....you need to newly come out to your mom and tell her adjectives the feelings that you enjoy.....If you have suicidal thoughts...... you necessitate to get relief..

I know for some girls that it is difficult to speak beside mom about their period,, don't worry in the order of that as your mom has or have them too...
