Is this PMS or something else?

It's been almost a year since my first time (still irregular), and my last spell was over a month ago. I discern like I other have to burp or something. It's similar to a mixture of burps and hiccups. Whenever I feel it coming, I don't want to swallow or breathe. Also, I have to go poo similar to 3 times today and it felt similar to I was constipated or something (I'm usually not).
