Can someone tell me whats wrong next to my hip?

I'm a 17 year old girl and a couple of months ago I have a really bad restlessness and there be a bump on my left hip and it be bruised and hurt ALOT and sometimes when i felt it, it would move and feel like a big capillary, I took blood tests, be tested for everything and the doctor put me on antibiotics for about 2 months and eventually it go but now my hip feel uncomfortable it throbs and it hurts sometimes but nearby's no bruise anymore. I've gone to the same doctor but he a short time ago thinks I complain too much. If you know what this could be, please serve.

Something else could be going on. Or it could be that is be a very unpromising bruise or possibly a fracture or torn muscle and is still healing. Try Advil for the stomach-ache and inflammation.
