How long are you pregnant to where your nipples will start hurting? A month? Few weeks? Which?

Because I have sharp horrible pains in my stomach yesterday morning and it still kind of hurts, and my nipples and breasts are not easy and they hurt. I'm not around my period.

I have anal sex but I can't remember how long ago it was. Am I pregnant from that?! He didn't ejaculate fully.
