Get in shape in one month?
I play soccer for a fairly competitive squad. However I've been on the past its sell-by date season for about 4 months and own been stupid ample to not keep contained by shape.
Soccer season starts in one month and I stipulation help knowing what I should do to bring as in shape as possible by next. I'm now getting to the point where on earth my body is starting to feel kinda gross and slothful (I've never gone this long without exercising). I'm not overweight at adjectives... my body looks fit from the outside, but feels gross on the inside.
My sound out is... what should I do to begin getting in shape?
How long should I run to start bad? Should I do any other exercises (sit-ups, jumprope, push-ups, etc) and if so how many reps should I do and how plentiful do I increase them by each year?

2. Do regular exercise.
3. Hav control on diet.
4. Avoid fatty junk food.
