What is this small twist above my bellybutton?

Some time after my first pregnancy (my son is now 5) I have noticed a small bump above my belly button. During my second pregnancy (she's presently 2) my navel often be very sore. It hasn't really bothered me until lately. It is tender to the touch and very sore if pressed on. My daughter pushed against me when I picked her up a couple days ago and it be very sore for a year or more after. I have looked up info nearly herniated umbilicus, but only found information more or less infants with this problem. Am I on the wrong track?

Why do women's breast/nipples hurt during their menstrual cycle?

Definately sounds similar to a umbilical hernia.
I would show your general practioner, especially as it's cause you pain.
A simple operation using a special 'mesh' can repair it.

Plz relieve?

It sounds to me like an umbilical hernia. If it doesn't correct itself, surgery is commonly required. I would make an appointment beside your family doctor. It's not valid serious, but if it continues to grow, may become more painful.
