If ur husband is docile and takes the time to arouse u, u will produce ur own lubricant. There is some discomfort the first time near just minor bleeding, more similar to spotting. The slight discomfort is not from the hymen breaking, but from the vagina stretching to accommodate ur husband, especially if u r dry and tense. In my experience, and some of my close friends too, the actual hymen breakage didn't "hurt", but the whole experience be a bit tense and sore afterwards. Some experience slight bleeding afterwards too.
