Those forms of birth control will one and only work if you remember to take them when you have need of to. If you forget to take em, they won't do ya much biddable.

The problem with the once-a-month pill and the IUD you mentioned is that is to say something goes wrong it take a while for you to work it out of your system (or get the IUD taken out)
Traditional pill is probably a better belief because you can stop taking it immediately if you own problems and it will be out of your system within a few days.
My sister used the shot (You bring back once every 3 months, no periods) but she gained roughly speaking 10 lbs while on it.

There is no such piece as a single or combination of methods of birth control that is 100% forceful.
