Try going on a diet. Eating good is a good channel to a flat stomach. If you don't cheat on the diet and stay committed I promise good results.
if you don't intend to exercise then only go for a stout diet. a low calorie low fat diet. basically eat fighting fit and those excess pounds will go away eventually. However, if you're up to it you could speed the process up by doing cardiovascular exercises similar to jogging or even a short time ago walking.. =)
Eat less and do aerobic excercise. Burn past its sell-by date calories by increasing your heart rate. That way you'll burn past its sell-by date fat not gain muscle. Muscle is gain when you do resistance types of excercise. Like lifting weights.

hmm.. i suggest you just dont devour as much as you already do. eat more well again foods, and STAYYY AWAYY from all the poorly junk foods.. possibly just a tiny soft spot of junk food wouldnt really hurt but try as much to stay away.i hold a friend who went on a NO FRIES diet for a full summer and lost 10 pounds!!
