I really wouldn't recommend that, unless it's a really express learning experiment. Don't hold on to it in for a while to see how it feel and if you like it, you will wrapping up up giving yourself a bacterial infection or yeast infection. Don;t worry, you'll own plenty of time to use them later!!
It would be ok,but it's massively uncomfortable,and hurts, taking it final out again when it's dry.It's probably better to wait until your subsequent one and try then.
