Bowel and/or stomach Problems, Is anyone here a doctor?

Hi, i know i have to jump and see my local gp about this type of concern, which i will be making an apointment for tomorrow, But i will catalogue my symptoms here and maybe someone else will Have some warning for me or have be through it themselves
*When going to the toilet if stools are Normal then its blackish contained by colour (very dark)
*very Gassy stomach most of the time, which leaves me feeling full alot even though really i would be hungry,
*yellowish Diariah enormously often ( worse though when stressed around something or eat fatty foods)
*Sharp pains in stomach some days (similar outlook to Period like cramps, particularly low under the belly button)
*sometimes i will draw from a pain beneath the left breast (this doesent evolve as often as the other symptoms)
*sometimes hurts to travel to the toliet *Nausea feeling
*Tired
*after i do go to the toilet i discern like i havent finished alot of the time, I know this stuff adjectives sounds so bad, have anyone else had this feelin
