I've been pretty depressed the end 2 months or so..?

and I find myself pulling away from my friends and family. I close-fisted I still try to go do things but I keep hold of catching myself saying no to greatly of things so I can just sit at home. I enjoy no energy, or appetite, and I own been outstandingly emotional. I've be thinking about my Mom who passed away 9 years ago A LOT lately and I am starting to not know what to do. I know I should go converse to a professional but money is tight and my insurance doesnt cover everything. Does anyone have any suggestions more or less how to get myself out of this funk im surrounded by?

First and foremost our mommies never give us impossible advise. I seriously would pray to your mom and ask her to minister to you out of this slump you are in. The ingestion thing is not going to adjust until your happiness change and the energy comes from food so that cant tuning until you start eating. I would sit down and really try and integer out what is making you sad... and have an idea that of a good posotive style to flip it. Even if you cant keep busy next to your friends because you dont feel resembling it you can at least pilfer this time to keep busy near your son and take him to do things on your light of day off. Damn Rachel I'm sorry to hear that, I've be there and The best entity you should do is keep busy. I know you don't wanna do anything but force urself to be around friends and familial, you have too much time to infer when your home alone. Hope this advise help...take supervision!!

Hi Rachel, I know how your feeling I draw from like this plentifully myself. Actually it is better now. I enjoy battled depression for years and enjoy been sour and on medications and I finally enjoy found one that keeps me notion pretty normal and even every morning, not this up and down crap. Maybe you can try that for a bit, it may help. But I agree you should hang on to busy, sitting around and doing nothing lately makes us more depressed. Sometimes i newly will clean house and move furniture around or reorganize a room, that totally gets my mind past its sell-by date my worries. Being outside in the sun also helps bring spirits up. Just help yourself to care of yourself and maintain busy. Maybe a pedicure will help its nice and relaxing. Feel better.

Here are a few things I had to try when I be depressed cause my parents be splitting up:

Make a list of the things that engender you happy or perceive good (it can be anything close to "taking a shower, cooking, playing with Colin" .. and fashion a separate list of the things that are bothering you. Make your list as long as they need to be. Once you are done.. Take the Bad inventory and burn it. This resembles getting the bad things out of your time.. and take the polite list and post it up adjectives over your house (mirrors, refrigerator, and the inside of your front door)... So everywhere you look you'll remember the things that make you relaxed..

and like Jen said.. You DO inevitability to start eating.. Eat full-bodied foods, that will make you grain better about yourself.. Well you can hold a Ben N Jerry's too! That always take home me smile! =)

Exercise... it takes your mind rotten of things.. I know you are really busy.. and when you get home you probably newly want to hang out next to your baby boy... But you can include him on the fun too.. Take him walking beside you.. Take him to the park and fly a kite together..

Everytime Jarred misses his mom.. He talks to her and inform her everything he's doing.. and He always say.. "I know your proud of me mom!!" You know that your mom is very proud of you.. and you necessitate to be proud of yourself for being such a hardworking, awesome mom!!
