Ignore what the other people say-so - bigger definately is sexier! I suppose you could try the weights thing, but I have a sneaking suspicion that you're proberly stuck with what you've get. That ancient stuff is worth a shot though.
OK, from 3 points of view (assuming you are an adult):
A. It is your body+trivial knowhow point of view: Yes you hold herd right and flaccid weights for some time may in reality enlarge them as bubble gum (lol). You should be tremendously carefull since pulling too hard would basis ischemia (lack of blood and oxygen in the area) and necrosis of the area and attain you into VERY SERIOUS trouble. So, be cautious.
B. Male point of belief: WOW, why on earth would you resembling to do this to yourself? It's like taking an eye sour! It could turn out to be pretty ugly...
C. Medical point of vision: In NO case should you use weights or other "ancient" methods to amplify your labia. Visit a plastic surgeon and he may provide you some possible solutions to this issue. Serious damage such as necrosis and infection (serious infection beside systemic effects) may occur from ferociously abusing your labia. Please DO NOT do anything stupid. Also, change of the type you discribe may be irreversible, and since I believe you have an open out mind, you need to get that at some point in your life you may renovation your mind...

You better make conversation to other girls on here who want their labias to be smaller/shorter! Why do you think that bigger is better? There's no medical pretext you need a bigger one. Aesthetically, smaller is better. Just be relieved with what you hold.

Why would you want to? There are innies and outties out here. Both are perfectly commonplace and people are other looking for the reduction surgery. Keep what you've get, i'm sure any guy would appreciate them.
