maybe she's in reality a manwell it could be because her body is still growing, but if she's over 18 and she have fully developed; then she possibly have some type of annimia..but either route its healthiest and ofcourse best to check in near her doctor.
Perhaps a hormone imbalance. She should jump to the doctor, because getting a diagnosis and treatment is important for her strength in standard. If she has other symptoms of a hormone or thyroid problem, she may not even so realize it is all related. Nothing too worrisome, and very treatable. Best of luck.

well, if shes not pregnant, she have a severe hormone imbalance. she should parley to her doctor.
maybe shes to yourself had some form of surgery to become a man and wants to freak you out.
if shes close to 50 years old her time has stopped.
if shes a pubescent its possible to have period this irregular.
