Citalopram and phantom pregnancy?HELP?

ive been taking citalopram for give or take a few 3weeks now, and im experiencing pregnancy symptoms but im not sure whether it might be because im pregnant or whether thats simply the side effects!! i am eating lots craving chocolate, im tired adjectives the time and have pains in my lower pay for, i have be pregnant before and the syptoms are similar. but i havent have sore breast like the later time! any advice or have any body experienced these symptoms with citalopram? thanks

First of all, expire the guessing and take a examination. Have you had unprotected sex lately? Especially around 2 weeks after the start of your length (or 2 weeks before your term is due)? That should be your first step.

Secondly increased appetite, fatigue, weakness, tiredness, increased urinating and even a rescheduling or absence of your term can occur. Many of these symptoms budge away after you've gotten past the 12 week speck - which is how long it can take for the symptoms to subside.
