last night i have a really bad headache in my lower stomach
is this puberty?
i havent grown or anything
it hurts so bleak that i cant really strech out my stomach
i get it close to every 3 months

growing pains have a moderation
all is different. you might bring it semi mild,
some will get it really fruitless.
this goes on from 13 - 19 yrs older.
unless u do weight training i strongly suggest stay sour till older close to 18-19.
it ruins u, like ur growth...jog,running,
normal exercise ok...from exp beside my
kids.
