There are so many it's not easy to know where to set off, and different countries have different issues.

In the US, we own a significant gap contained by health vigilance services for low-income people, women included. Many women minus insurance delay prenatal attention to detail until the second or third trimester, which has an impact on birth outcomes-- specifically low-birth shipment and pre-term birth.

In other countries, sanitation is a big issue, especially clean dampen. It sounds very rudimentary, but clean sea is essential for good form, especially during pregnancy and for children. Famine is also a issue-- lack of wet leads to famine as resourcefully. And, of course, deficiency of health care--- including the treatment of pre-existing conditions such as diabetes and glorious blood pressure, contribute to both the maternal and infant release rates.

Access to birth control for child-spacing is also a huge issue. Women who have children too close together compromise in that own health, as in good health as the health of their babies. And since big families are the "norm" contained by some cultures, there is seriously of pressure to reproduce. Poor pregnancy planning is a culprit in many loving and fetal deaths. And, the famine of birth control also leads to habitually unsafe and unsanitary abortions, which can cause wrong and infection. Ridiculous policies advocating singular "abstinence" and not protection from pregnancy and disease contribute to this as well. It's a vicious cycle, really.

Of course, childhood vaccination should be a priority everywhere, but unfortunately contained by many countries children are not routinely vaccinate.

It's hard to say aloud what the most important issue is for government, since so many are inter-related, but it unsophisticatedly comes down to the value that society places on women and children. In cultures where on earth women are viewed as slighter citizens, or as property, maternal condition suffers, which results in poor birth outcomes. In societies where on earth pressure is placed on women to have oodles children, which the family cannot afford, the condition of the children suffers as well.

It's a complicated world issue, that requests multiple solutions from both governments (all of them!) and non-profits, working in partnership near each other.

Great, thought provoking quiz!
