1. You are eating too much - or underestimate your caloric intake.
2. Or you need to put away small frequent meals as challenging large meal.
Remember an extra 100 calories a day is 10 pounds per year.
I am much elder than you - 5'5" and about 115 - I'm a size 2-4. I put away about 1500 calories a daytime. I am somewhat active: I bring my cardio by dancing. And I do simple weights for to cover the weight good posture aspects. I lose weight glibly if I don't eat adequate. But I eat several smaill meal a day.
Maybe your calorie intake is still too much. Lower them bit by bit until you see results, but dont go below 1200.
