HELP! I enjoy horrible stomach pains, not pregnant. what is it?

Ok i have have these unconfortable stomach pains for over a month maybe 2 months. I am not pregnant, i a moment ago feel grossed out by food cant smell some of it or munch through some of it because i feel nauceous. I touch like i own a knot contained by my stomach and also some bladder problem i go to the bathroom abundantly more than i used to. What is this?
