Help!! 4 yrs ago i had a myomectomy & stage 1 endometriosis surg. & presently the now they hold returned.?

I will be 40 in 6mo. should i afford up my dream of becoming a mother? please i need some positive responses.

I have be trying for 9 yrs. to become pregnant. I couldn't get pregnant and to be exact when I found out I had endometriosis. Three years ago I have surgery to remove my left ovary it be completely covered with endometriosis. I become pregnant 10 months later but it concluded in miscarriage. Now I found out endometriosis is on the other ovary and I enjoy a large fibroid. I am have surgery 4/19 . The Dr.is going to try and leave the ovary and merely remove the endometriosis and fibroid if he can't I will have to enjoy a hysterectomy. I don't think you should bestow up you dream of being a mother basically yet. You still hold time. I won't give up until I don't own a choice. I'm not much younger than you and my Dr. doesn't think my age is a factor. You will know surrounded by your heart when your ready to stop trying. I've be also thinking about adoption. Maybe this is something you should look into.

I don't know what a myomectomy is but I know beside endometriosis that if you have it removed pregnancy should be unforced. My cousin has like problem she had is removed and fell pregnant straigh away, She did update me that you have to try as soon as you are recoverd from surgery. I don't want to nouns negative but maybe your age has something to do next to it, have you considered IVF?
