Answers: You need to achieve yourself into a routine the way you be at work. Set your alarm every morning, get up and progress to the library to study. Set a certain time that you own to be at the library, like when it open or whatever only just like you would own to for work. That way, you don't hold the temptation to sit within the living room watching TV and snacking on chips and such. And since you have more time on your hand, consider signing up for an exercise class that you have to be in motion to every week at a set time to get you moving again and backing you lose that weight. And don't maintain junk food contained by the house. Eat things like carrot or celery that are healthy for you but flood you up quickly. Foods giant in dietary fiber will do that. Also, drink lots of hose.
It sounds like your heart isn't contained by it. I tend to get idle when I don't like what I'm doing, or don't similar to the person I'm working beside. You probably want to evaluate your career goal and decide if insurance really is what you want to do. It doesn't be going to you have to quit and dance find yourself in a Tibetan dojo; in recent times think roughly the work, what you like around it, where you see yourself within ten years, if you're happy here.
