Should I give the name a doctor?

So today, I was examining some cuts on my arm. When I be doing so, I noticed my breast looked.. abnormal. It's inflamed, very hot and tender to the touch, appears to enjoy a rash on it, and have little "bumps" on it. It feels similar to there's a small, tender lump on it (not rock sturdy, but slightly tender). I don't want to freak out over nothing, but my mom's not home and adjectives the websites are screaming CANCER CANCER CANCER! Should I call my GYN within the morning? I'm only 19. I'm not pregnant, and I'm not breast feed. My other breast does in certainty look normal. I'm sure I'm freaking out over nil, right? =/

Sex question?

I'd give the name the doctor to be safe.

Help me out!!?

No, call for your docter and find out what it is. NOW! Before it spreads. If your docter does not know what it is go to the hospital.

Tampon Question?

You can see a broad practitioner. It sounds like dermatitis which could be the result of an allergic aversion to a detergent or perfume.

The best option is to consult a professional. Call your doctor or OB-GYN and cause an appointment, but I wouldn't go to the emergency room.
