Why hold I put on 5lbs in of late a couple of weeks?

I haven't really changed my diet much or how much I do (or don't) exercise. So why would I get heavier for no specific reason? Should I do a pregnancy audition even though I think it's v unlikely that's the point (on the pill - though I forgot a couple times - and hardly ever do it anyway!)

Try a mild laxative and sometime of fasting and see if the counterweight level doesn't revert to 5 lbs smaller quantity. I have a hunch it's something in your intestinal tract/ bowel that has slow transit time is adjectives.
