chocolate works for me. going to the gym and working off that frustration is highly relaxing too.
If you are currently taking the pill, Yaz help a lot beside them. If not, then you could try discussion to your doc about PMDD. It's primarily just really unpromising PMS. I have it and they administer you a medication called, sarafem, which is freshly a low dose of antidepressant. Works for me.
If neither of these are for you, then I would turn with the chocolate :)

It's no fun at all, and we don't delight in by any stretch, but there's zilch you can do to get rid of them.But if you surface yourself getting into a bad mood swing, I would guzzle some chocolate, put on some music, cry, or take a powernap.
