Why does PMT or PMS make a personality feel really impossible?

I normally a great exerciser but for 3 days very soon I just haven't have any energy and I discern miserable. I am taking my Prozac 20 mg daily but I a short time ago don't have the "umph" I usually enjoy. It is due in 3 days time. I miss exercising but I freshly don't have any dance in me. What to do?

It's just a intervening hormone imbalance and can breed you feel a bit miserable or lethagic. Apparently exercise is enormously good for PMT though! Don't flog yourself up if you haven't done it for a few days though. Just pick it up again when you're feeling better.

It makes me be aware of bad because adjectives the women go crazy... and not surrounded by the usual good passageway to which I'm accustomed. You aren't alone - I get enormously lethargic - can't be bothered to do anything! in the region of a week before. I also draw from a bit heady (not dizzy) and quite recurrently get a stomach upset. It's adjectives part of it. I try and pretend that it's not nearby but sometimes, you just have need of to chill out. Don't worry in the region of missing exercise - it's not the end of the world. Do what your body report to you.
