Is have an electrical shock feeling within your cervix/vaginal canal mundane?

Lately I have notice getting very throbbing electrical shock in my cervix and sometimes surrounded by my vaginal canal. When the shocks appear for a mintue or so, they verbs the rest of the day and reappear out of no where on earth. I've never had sex past and I'm very worried roughly speaking the health of my downstairs. My Mom insists that its middle-of-the-road but I haven't found anything on the internet.

Can anyone tell me if this is conventional, what it is and if I should see my doctor about it? Answers would be grate! Thanks!
