Answers: Your blood pressure drops enormously while you are straving yourself. Your metabolism is thrown past its sell-by date as well. All of the reaction are normal because your brain & body is`nt insinc; requests food & you are not complying. Eventually gas takes over your stomach that is to say why you are unable to chomp through. Instead of not eating, why not enjoy alteast 2 glasses of milk?
Sounds to me approaching your blood sugar gets low. It's low blood sugar. Can you own fruit juice or something?
If you're contained by a school that have periods, you are TOO YOUNG to be fast. Your body is having that hostile response because it desperately NEEDS nourishment to preserve you going. Do not fast. You are not hoary enough to infer how to do it properly, nor are you old plenty to put your body through that kind of strain without risk. If your religion requires you to fast at your age, afterwards you need to find a religion that care for your health more. I agree near Digital Dreams. Low blood sugar also known as hypoglycemia.
You are evidently not clean enough to efficient. If you are fasting for religious reason and feel you HAVE TO FAST chat to your pastor/minister/priest about drinking liquid through the day.
You should also guess about getting your blood sugar tested. Those are the signs of low blood sugar.
Well how long are you fast? Even the strictest churches don't usually require a fast during hours of daylight time during school happenings, and if your church does, then you necessitate to have a speech about it beside your parents and minister. Religious fasts are usually guidelines and not tough and fast rules. If someone for medical reason cannot keep the briskly they usually get a blessing to lesson the restrictions. You have need of to talk to your pastor, and parents.
