Very uncomfortable left breast when due on interval?

About 2 weeks before I'm due on my disappeared breast becomes terrifically tender and swollen. It's sometimes even painful when i purely move my left arm, almost feel like the muscle is bruised. I hold been to the doctors they said it be just PMS symptoms, as the stomach-ache goes once my spell starts. I'm 21 years old, is here anything i could do to ease the dull pain? BTW: the docs said I DON'T have breast cancer, no clan history!

Am i a candidate for breast lessening?

Even though your doc has said no breast cancer due to history, it wouldn't hurt to ask for an ultrasound or mammogram for your breast. It could be that you hold cysts or very dense breast tissue. I have to insist on having my first mammogram because I, too, don't enjoy a family history. Luckily, I be just told that I own cysts. As to what you can do to help the pain, here are a few suggestions that help me:

1. Don't drink lots of caffiene in the past or during your period.
2. Soak surrounded by a nice warm tub for about 20 minutes respectively night.
3. Take Pamprin or Midol Extra Strength.
4. Use a heat pad or thaw rag during extreme discomfort.

My breasts return with extremely tender during my period too, so I know how you're fancy. If you're very concerned almost it, you have the right to insist that your doctor do some test to make sure that everything is ok. Ask her to check into it more thoroughly. I hope that this help! Good luck and stay healthy!

I enjoy had around 12 periods contained by my whole duration.and I'm 23 and still don't have them.?

It's possible that you are retaining fluid in that breast from have eaten too much salt/sodium. Two weeks previously, be careful of your consumption of can foods, salty snacks, any processed food (i.e. cheese), pizza, bologna, and you'll potential see a difference.

Also you could take Diurex, an over-the-counter hose down pill around that time, 1-2 times daily until your spell starts.

some times when we are fixing to start or hold started our monthly cycles our breast become swollen and sore. alot of times it is swollen milk ducts. and yes it is from pms. putting a very reheat rag on your breast help take away alot of the soreness. sometimes wearing a bra help keep them from sore too. but mostly ibuprofen is the key to the dull pain.
