I never get my spell!?

i first got my length when i was nearly 12 1/2. im going to be 15 in a few months, and ive only gotten my extent like 4 times! i hold a constant flow of normal discharge, but narrowly ever my period. also, one of my boobs is substantially bigger than the other. is at hand something totally wrong with me?!
