I have a incredibly unusual question,
when i own my "time of the month" im not very hungry and i immediatly shift running for chocolate and other sugary iteams around my home. i was wondering if any of the women out nearby knew of any tough foods to eat during your "time of the month" weather they may be to boost your matabalism to on the travel things to calm those cramps? so if anyone have any suggestion that would be wonderful thanks so much adjectives advice is worth it. also if anyone know any good excersises to do during your "time of the month" adjectives suggestions are apperciated. :-P
