Has anyone ever hear.?

of getting severe muscle spasms and muscle cramps after drinking milk? This happens to me everytime I drink milk. Now it doesn't come up when I eat other other dairy products, but it other happens to me when I drink milk. Anyone know why? Just curious. Serious answers lone please..thank you in credit.

I never hear of something like this. So I believe this is psychogenic contained by origin.
I hold one more speculation. You see, milk have lots of calcium. And calcium causes muscle contraction. So this could be due to the milk calcium.
What I suggest is that you should avoid milk, and use other dairy products instead, which are not toxic for you. If it is too much problematic, then you can see a Doc as ably.

Never heard of it. See a doctor and stop drinking milk.

It could be an allergy to the type of milk you are drinking. if your drinking full.. try 2% or 1% see if you notice any difference.. consequently try non-fat. If its the same parley to your doctor.

I have never hear of anything like that. Suggestions. Try Lactaid--lactose free--milk. I doubt if that will minister to but it is worth a try. Another suggestion. Try Soy Milk. I am lactose intolerant and have tried both. At lowest you would be getting some calcium. Might take some getting used to but as my dear lifeless mother used to say "You can achieve used to anything. You can get used to floppy if you hang long enough" lol Good Luck.
