You do NOT always lose sensation near a reduction.

I get my sensation back inwardly three months post op.

Some people steal over a year to get sensation put money on.

To me, loss of sensation would be nothing because my rear pain is GONE!

If the nerves are cut, in that is always a unpredictability, but if she really NEEDS a reduction, even if she lost the sensation, it's in general a small compromise in comparision to the spasm caused by deeply large breasts.

Not always, but yes, mostly, you do. Most breast reduction involve cutting around the nipple... this is more potential to preserve the sensation than a full nipple graft, but cutting within that area is still going to alter how they quality. She should talk to her doctor nearly what steps they will be taking to preserve sensation (and nursing ability, should she someday craving to breastfeed) and weigh the pros and cons.
