if inserted incorrectly, a tampon can cause you to lose virginity. however, a tampon used correctly cannot create this. and, yes, it is very possible that they can hurt ur tissue. I hold a very sunken layer of vaginal tissue and tampons chafe and reduce to rubble it, so I can't use them. my advice for you is, try them out a few times since you decide how you get the impression about them. if they tender you any form os discomfort/pain, don't use them. if ur comfortable with them, later go ahead. newly be sure not to wear them overnight or for too long or else you can lock in infections.

And to use a tampon here is the step's.

Open the tampon.
Insert the applicator about 2-3 inches inside
Push the tampon inside by pushing the outer tube into the tube to be precise inside. This will push the tampon inside.
Pull the applicator back out. Make sure the string is sagging out of the vagina. You should now enjoy an applicator that is one larger tube next to a smaller tube inside it. Simply throw it away. Make sure your tampon is in far enough, if it isn't surrounded by far enough it will grain very humiliated.

intuitively i do not like tampons b/c i can never return with them in right (theres a clear in your mind angle) and its really painful to meander when theyre in wrong. im not sure roughly if there will be more or smaller quantity pain if you hymen is broken because mines be broken before i started using them (from self athletic im still a virgin) i would recomend a notable brand of tampons that will come beside step by step instructions (tampax pearl for teens comes with well brought-up instrustions, tips and warnings)
