Can i pierce my nipple even if the first hole isn't heal?
when i first pierced it it was too close to the top so i took it out and it hasn't heal. it's been give or take a few 4 weeks now. i want to pierce it deeper.

no wait until it is compleatly closed up and heal or you can geta really bad infection and next no longer have a nipple or you could pull your milk ducket which is not good any. if you dont wait you may possibly enjoy to have surgury

Way too soon. You may have to hang around a few months until it's healed up. Make sure you check the markings formerly the artist pierces you, to make sure you close to the placement.
