do yall think its stupid that when your on your time and your cramping just consent to it cramp? because i say that when im cramping i dont do anything in the order of because its there for a drive. so, i never use like midol or anything i basically let it cramp and it hurts close to H*ll!

Now unless you have extremely bleak ones and have talk to your doc about it, you might want to pinch something for the cramps... but I find that stretching my body, reaching up and out normally help to ease the torment :)

I don't reflect on it's silly. I used to get cramps, simply not really bad ones, and I didn't really do anything for it. In reality, I think Midol can be unpromising for you in the long run.

The only piece that works for me is a heating wipe. They make them portable very soon that just stick right on your stomach.

Personally I feel its up to the party dealing with it aka you. I antipathy having impossible cramps so I take drug for it but it does mess up your period and generate you have them for longer next to less dull pain. So I guess its up to whoever is going threw it.

I find that, if I do nil, the severity of my cramps makes it difficult to do anything. It take all my focus and my vigour, I have to pinch something for it. Taking medicine doesn't prevent the muscles from doing what they do, it merely eases the distress a bit.

it is silly to just permit it happen really. but, i don't approaching to take meds for it any. drinking hot tea helped and at dark i would put a heating wad on my belly for the cramping too...and, taking a hot shower helped to relax my muscles too!

however, i also have an allergic reaction to midol as all right...i had hallucination with it. very soon, that is abnormal, i know, but it is true!

If you embezzle Midol or Tylenol or any other pain reliever for cramping, you are not STOPPING the cramping, you are simply blocking the misery receptors in your brain from REGISTERING the cramp. The uterine muscle will still contract, but you will no longer feel it as such.

However, if you WANT to experience the misery (its a good approach to know you're still alive, after all), then by adjectives means. But simply remember they're pain relievers.not function stoppers.

If your of a mind to take the backache, then hey to respectively is own. But if you ask me ... Hell naw, I always run Pamprin as soon as I realize I'm on my period or almost to start. But my cramps are severe the kind that includes vomiting, shivers, ache and pains. So I have to transport something. My doctor prescribed Ibuprofen 800 mg but eventually that stopped working. So I tried Pamprin maximum strength and it works great. Hope this helps! :)

your not crazy i deal near my cramps also. i dont need to pump my body full of pills lately for pain that will subside within a day or two. however, approaching 8 years ago, i would think you be crazy cuz my cramps used to be painful and unacceptable so i would pop tylenols every chance i get. but i just relax and rub my stomach presently it's very accepting and calming

It's silly to allow yourself to feel approaching crap when you don't have enjoy to. I used to pass out from the stomach-ache because I didn't want to take anything but my doctor told me as long as you know everything is medically OK afterwards why not take somewhat Tylenol. If you don't want to take anything completely then try decreasing your caffeine intake, use smaller number salt and do some abdominal stretching. Sometimes it can relieve. Good luck.

ya thats pretty stupid to let it hurt... cramps are simply there as pms...the midol is my duration saver... i wouldnt know how to live without it my cramps are so unpromising so ya i think its silly to lately let it hurt.

i don't grain the need to pocket meds everytime a feel a cramp coming on. i in recent times suck it up and deal beside it.

don't be a slave to midol/pamprin everytime you get your length. be strong! i mean, it's not resembling its stopping what is going on, it's just easing it.
