Stretch grades?

I'm almost 18 and i have stretch results on my legs and a few on my boobs? i don't know if this is normal or not, but i've hear that you can't get rid of them unless you lose mass? i've recently gain 15 pounds over a period of close to 4 or 5 months, so could that be the reason? i'm individual a 38b to begin w/ and don't know if i'll return with any bigger, but add stretch results...
