What kinds of teas CAN I own?
I am around 6 months pregnant and before I found out I be carrying a baby I used to drink greatly of teas. Unfortunately after doing some research (I'm especially cautious of what I put within my body in the mindset of how it affects my baby) I found out that most of the teas in my cabinet hold negative side effects.
In specifics on what I own to drink at this time, I know that I cannot have licorice, and I've also read studies that green tea have negative affects on the cellular nouns of fetuses. I have tried looking for more information, but within's so much out there that I don't know what to look for specifically.
At this time I'm sticking next to the ol' standby of brewing black tea and mixing in sugar and/or honey and flavoring with fruit juice, but I was wondering if near were any other alternatives.
Any assist would be awesome!
