Why do does my daughter keep getting repeated vaginal infections? She be tested, it's not an std.?
No matter how much you cleans she other has odor and discharge. Every couple of months she go to the local health department and have another infection. She is not sexally active and have had numerous std testing. All are negitive. We are just told she have an vaginal infection. Does anyone have an answer. She does not hold regualr periods, her doctor said it be because of the infections why she is not regular. We can't get a strait answer and next to no health insurance we don't know where on earth to turn.

Are they yeastie beasties? If they are then she's getting something sugary close to her vagina and that's causing it. Actually simply with any infection she's getting, she's letting outside germs or something for bacteria to nurture on near her vagina. I would fashion sure she's cleaning properly and if she uses tampons make sure they aren't getting contaminated by something. If she uses pad, make sure she doesn't donate her last one, the one where on earth she's stopped bleeding and it's just finishing up, on for more than a sunshine or two.Not to be crude, but I would try to gently create sure too that she's not using something to masturbate with that she isn't cleaning properly beforehand and after.

Try suggesting to your doctor putting her on birth control for an amount of time and seeing if this affects it.
