WALKING or JOGGING!?


All the snow melted away, YAY! Now the entity is I want to tone up my body cause I'm a skinny girl but I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT AT ALL! Should I waddle or jog everyday and for how long JUST TO TONE UP?

I'm terrified if I start jogging everyday that I will lose freight. I tried exerecising at home but its not the same at adjectives, I dont like it. So WALKING OR JOGGING and FOR HOW LONG?

If you're trying to just tone up, any loving of cardio (i.e. jogging or taking a brisk walk) will not back you. If you're doing cardio, you will lose weight. What you stipulation to do is get a gym sponsorship or some hand weights and a video and weight train.

I own been emotion nausious and tired what could this be?

i would do a strenuous walk for just about 20 mins a day for a couple months. Or run, jogging isn't necessarily spawn you lose weight, it will in recent times build you muscle up. good luck!

The best thing within the world is bikram yoga. i have never see such incredible toned bodies in my life. Running is excellent cardio and you will lose freight...plus by about 40 your knees could be shot. Walking is better consequently nothing, but it's not going to take you defined or toned.
