I am a woman that has other sweated. I've always have to change deodorants every week or so because they would stop working. I've only just discovered the "crystal deodorant" you can get it at GNC. It works for 24 hours and it doesn't vacate stains on your clothes. This stuff is amazing and it has no poisonous aluminum's in it. Another words it's breast friendly. Aluminum's are one of the causes of breast cancer. I outstandingly recommend it. My husband and kids use it on their feet and it keep them from sweating and having stinky foot and shoes.

depends. if you sweat an average amount, you can pretty much use any antiperspirant. if you sweat plentifully though, you will probably end up using a sweat-blocker close to certain dri along near a strong antiperspirant like mitchum.
