If you do mass training for your legs and butt and gain weight will it run to your legs?

i want to start a muscle building program for my legs and glutes because they are too small. i am also trying to gain 25 pounds at the same time. does this be going to that most of that weight ( including fat) will step to my legs and glutes

Fat will, more or less, evenly distribute over your body. I right to be heard "more or less" because it depends on your body type. Pear shaped people will take fat around their waists/buttocks if they gain it.

The just thing that will manifestly make your legs/butt bigger is building up those muscles.
