Answers: Maybe. If they only removed the uterus but left the ovaries, you will still enjoy monthly hormonal fluctuations. As you age, your hormones do all sorts of odd things, and headache can be a symptom of peri-menopause.
The best thing you can do is see your doctor about your headache and have them investigated. If you're suffering from more than 2 or more moderate-to-severe headaches per week, specifically something that needs medical attention.
