Of the choices you listed, I would dance with ibuprofen. DO not use aspirin while bleeding as it is a blood-thinner in itself adn if you're experienceing strapping bleeding anyway, this could further promote problems for you. Personally, I prefer to use Midol as it is designed to not only minister to with the cramps, but also the fatigue, irritability, bloating, etc. It's freshly a matter of choice though.

They're adjectives pain killer, so I wouldn't think nearby'd be much of a difference among the three.

I'd recommend Midol though, which treats more than just cramping and seem to work the best for me.

it's different for people. Ibuprofen works best for me. the other two never really help me. if you want something for menstrual craps get MIDOL.it's specificaly for interval time. it helps near cramps, bloating, mood swings, backs asches and headache at the time of your period.
