Call the local cancer society and ask where on earth the stores are that cater to cancer patients. They usually have a nice inspection of head coverings for women who are going through chemo. I'm sure you could find something nice for your aunt.

Is she a hat personality or a pretty silk scarf person? Silk scarves can be so extremely attractive. The scarf need not even be really silk.
