say today you started your period and you bleed for 7 days=the seventh day you count 28 days on the calender and to be precise when your next term should start=hope this has be helpful===OH and it doesn't matter how abundant days you bleed ,it is still 28 days from the last year until the next period=if you find this baffling ,see a Dr roughly speaking birth control pills to regulate you okay
