Ok i am going to start my new birthcontrol nuvaring tonight, May 8! I started my length yestereday! But the thing i want to know is i know you start out it in for three weeks straight consequently take it out for a week! Well here is my sound out what exact day would i entail to take it out to catch my period? Would i bear it out on the 29th of May to get my time? Then would i put in put a bet on in on first Tuesday of june (june 5)? Please can you answer my request for information, i need give a hand on this a bit! Thank you!

if you started your spell last hours of darkness and you want to start the ring tonight then you would transport it out on 5-29 and insert a new one on 6-5. dont forget to use subsidise up for the 1st month you are on it (the first 3 weeks i should say). if it falls out i believe you have a 2 hr fanlight where you can clutch it out and put it back within w/in the 2 hrs and still be protected
i used the nuva ring and i loved them.. you also need to keep hold of them in the refer..they necessitate to stay cool.
